Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Steam Sterilization Superintendent to guide our manufacturing operations. You will lead teams, organize processes, maintain transparent communication, and uphold cGMP and quality standards to reliably deliver safe medical therapies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience.
  • Steam Sterilization experience is a plus.
  • Ability to manage department activities including cost, methods, and employees.
  • Proficient in interpreting statistical data and financial reports.
  • Knowledge of World Class manufacturing methods (QLP, Lean, Six Sigma), GMP, FDA guidelines.
  • Adherence to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Basic English written and oral communication skills.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Meet production requirements and deliver quality products on time and within budget.
  • Identify, prioritize, and provide resources to meet annual operating plans and budgetary commitments.
  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations across one or multiple departments.
  • Implement control systems and emphasize training to eliminate product discrepancies.
  • Contribute to employee feedback and developmental processes.

  • Support and prioritize commitments to Safety and Quality.
  • Collaborate with managers and customers to ensure quality commitments are met and personnel policies are consistently coordinated.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for areas of responsibility.
  • Make staffing decisions and manage disciplinary issues.
  • Drive operational excellence and flawless execution in cost reduction, efficiency improvements, inventory turnover, regulatory excellence, timely delivery, lead time reduction, safety, and leadership development.
  • Perform analytical reviews, recommend, and implement corrective actions for exceptions.
  • Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
  • Learn, understand, and apply detailed quality standards, SOPs, and cGMP.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in a technical field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability in manufacturing.
  • Experience in Steam Sterilization is a plus.
  • Ability to manage department activities through full supervision of cost, methods, and employees.
  • Proficient in interpreting and analyzing statistical data, financial reports, and resolving technical difficulties.
  • Knowledge of World Class manufacturing methods (QLP, Lean, Six Sigma), GMP, FDA guidelines, and process validation.
  • Ability to comprehend and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
  • Basic English written and oral communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work any shift, primarily second shift Monday through Friday with occasional weekends.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At the company, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The base salary range for this position is $88,000 - $110,000. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
