Job summary

The Salvation Army Harrisburg Capital City Region Corps invites applications for the STEAM Scholars Site Manager. You will provide strategic leadership for after-school and grant-funded programs, supervise staff and volunteers, manage budgets, and coordinate data collection and reporting to meet grant requirements.

Reporting to the Youth & Family Education Manager, you will oversee curriculum implementation, enrollment, scheduling, and daily operations while building partnerships with schools

Qualifications

• Degree in Education or related field required. Teaching/urban youth experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
• Ability to read and understand grant contracts and assurances.
• Experience with grant management or federally funded programs desired.
• Leadership experience supervising staff and coordinating trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight of STEAM Scholars program and staff.
• Lead planning sessions, develop schedules, and coordinate staff trainings.
• Track attendance, timesheets, quarterly/annual reports, and funding proposals.
• Maintain partnerships and support data collection for required reports.
• Ensure program compliance with grant requirements and budgets.
