Job summary

Snapology is seeking an Operations and Outreach Coordinator to lead program growth across Cedar Park, Leander, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, and Georgetown. You will blend hands-on teaching, sales, and community outreach, serving as the main operational link between instructors, school partners, customers, and ownership.

Responsibilities include leading STEAM classes and camps, driving enrollment, managing partnerships, coordinating staff, and overseeing logistics, inventory, and safety.

Qualifications

• Clear background check and Texas HHS CBCU fingerprinting.
• Experience in teaching, classroom management, or youth enrichment.
• Comfort with sales, partner outreach, and community engagement.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Strong organizational and inventory management capabilities.
• Ability to build creatively with LEGO bricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead STEAM classes, camps, parties and enrichment programs.
• Deliver Snapology curriculum and manage classroom execution.
• Plan staff training to maintain brand standards.
• Drive program enrollment and convert leads for classes, camps, events.
• Outreach to schools and organizations to expand footprint.
• Oversee local marketing, events, and promotional materials.
• Recruit, interview, onboard instructional staff and schedule coverage.
• Manage inventory, kits, equipment tracking and troubleshooting.
• Provide responsive parent/partner communication and handle incidents.
