Job summary

Consolidated Edison Company of New York, Inc. (Con Edison) is seeking an IT/Operations Analyst to support safe, efficient generation of electricity and steam.

You will analyze station data, develop IT solutions, and build dashboards in Maximo and SharePoint to improve operations. The role requires collaboration with cyber security teams and cross-functional partners, with a strong emphasis on data-driven efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or equivalent
• Experience with IT/system security basics and compliance
• Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate across IT/Operations
• Experience with Maximo and reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Support safe, reliable generation of electricity/steam by analyzing data and improving Steam Operations processes
• Identify trends and analyze data for efficiency improvements in station performance
• Design, configure and maintain dashboards from Maximo queries
• Design and manage SharePoint sites and information architecture
• Develop and maintain Steam SharePoint sites for reporting
• Coordinate with IT cyber security teams to protect assets and apply patches
• Review and upgrade Asset/Work Management platforms to improve performance
• Support IT projects from initiation to completion and manage vendors
• Maintain IT asset management database with engineering input
• Undertake additional related tasks as required
