• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of basic cooking and preparation methods.
• Oversees and is directly involved in the production of all food items on the restaurant menu.

• Responsible for all routine opening, during service, and closing functions and checklists.
• Interacts with fellow team members in a cooperative manner.
• Communicates clearly using appropriate language and conduct when engaging guests and team members.
• Abides by all Health Department food safety requirements.
