Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Foundational knowledge of accounting principles; exposure to U.S. Statutory accounting or insurance accounting is a plus.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; interest in learning reporting and automation tools.
Interest in leveraging modern technologies and AI to transform Finance processes.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a reporting environment.
Curiosity to perform root cause analysis and challenge the status quo.

Responsibilities

Prepare and compile high-quality financial information on a U.S. Statutory basis, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
Support legal entity performance analysis, including variance analysis and trend monitoring.
Assist with period-end close and reporting activities, maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
Execute assigned control activities and maintain thorough documentation in the reporting environment.
Contribute to transformation of Finance by identifying process improvement opportunities and leveraging automation, AI-enabled solutions and modern technologies.
Collaborate with internal partners and global finance teams to support various reporting and analytical requests.
