You will design analyses, generate reports, and ensure rigorous statistical standards across studies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires an MS with 6+ years or a PhD with 2+ years in Statistics or Biostatistics, and proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python.

Qualifications

• MS (with 6+ years of experience) or PhD (with 2+ years of experience) in Statistics, Biostatistics, or a highly related field.
• Proficiency in SAS, R, and/or Python, with demonstrated expertise in developing, validating, and implementing complex statistical analyses and simulation studies.
• Experience supporting clinical development programs, including clinical trial design and statistical analysis planning.
• Ability to independently lead statistical activities for one or more studies and effectively communicate statistical concepts and results to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise to design, analysis and reporting of clinical trials or other scientific research studies.
• Independently perform statistical analyses as per the analysis plan and collaborate with Statistical Programming.
• Develop strategy for data presentation and inference and collaborate in publication of scientific research.
• Work collaboratively with multifunction teams and clearly explain statistical concepts to non-statisticians.
• Support communications between product teams and functional management and build cross-functional relationships.
