Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and grades, engaging with students, adapting lesson plans, and upholding FERPA and college policies.

• Deliver classes in accordance with College policy and course objectives.
• Make optimal use of available technology to enhance instructional methods.
• Supplement and alter lesson plans, assignments, tests and materials as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate student records, grades and other requirements.
• Engage with students proactively and regularly in meaningful ways that impact learning.
• Demonstrate teaching strategies focused on engaging students with their learning.
• Interact with students and co-workers in a professional and cooperative manner while complying with policies.
• Maintain a safe, quality educational environment.
