Job summary

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Statistics or Biostatistics required for Statistician I.
Proficiency in statistics software (R or SAS) and experience with research data.
Ability to plan analyses, interpret results, and present methods clearly.
Understanding reproducible analysis practices and data wrangling principles.
Strong written and verbal communication of statistical findings.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with medical researchers and statisticians from study design through manuscript submission.
Use standard statistical packages for data manipulation and analysis; write methods sections; summarize results with tables and figures.
Lead statistical aspects of study design, including tests, models, sample size, significance, and power.
Manage and organize data files and analysis code for reproducibility and handover.
Assist in grant preparation by planning analyses and supporting aims, literature review, and data considerations.
