Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston seeks a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Biostatistics to join the Department of Data Science. The role focuses on collaborative biostatistical research in cancer genetics and precision oncology, with 50% effort on an NIH-funded R01 project and 50% on cancer genetics collaborations.

The fellow will work with clinicians, geneticists, and biostatisticians on study design, data management, analysis, and dissemination, while also pursuing methodological research

Qualifications

• PhD in Biostatistics or equivalent by appointment.
• Strong training in applied biostatistical methods.
• Experience with regression modeling and clinical/biomedical data.

Responsabilités

• Develop and validate statistical prediction models for germline variants.
• Conduct analyses of large clinical, genetic, and genomic datasets.
• Develop analysis plans, data derivation, and reproducible workflows.
• Prepare tables and figures for manuscripts and presentations.
• Collaborate with investigators and contribute to publications.
