Job summary

AbbVie in South San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Statistical Programmer to support R&D data analysis and reporting for new pharmaceutical products. You will develop SAS programs to create ADaM datasets and tables/listings/figures, ensuring CDISC standards are met and ADaM datasets are validated.

Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 0+ years of relevant experience. OR BS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAS programming.
• Practical experiences in other programming languages (R or Python) is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAS programs for creation of ADaM data sets following CDISC standards.
• Develop SAS programs for Tables, Listings and Figures.
• Validate ADaM data sets.
• Validate Tables, Listings and Figures.
• Create specifications for ADaM data sets for individual studies.
• Create documentation for regulatory filings including reviewers guides and data definition documents
• Participate in development of standard SAS Macros.
