Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Statistical Programmer to join the research and development team focused on clinical trial data analysis and reporting. You will develop SAS programs to create ADaM data sets and Tables, Listings and Figures under the direction of a Senior Statistical Analyst, ensuring CDISC standards are met.

You will collaborate with Statistics, Data Sciences and Clinical Operations, validate data outputs, and contribute to regulatory filings through documentation and macro development.

Qualifications

• MS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 0+ years of relevant experience OR BS in Statistics, Computer Science or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAS programming.
• Practical experiences in other programming languages e.g. R or Python is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAS programs for the creation of ADaM data sets following CDISC standards.
• Develop SAS programs for the creation of Tables, Listings and Figures.
• Validation of ADaM data sets.
• Validation of Tables, Listings and Figures.
• Create specifications for the structure of ADaM data sets for individual studies.
• Create documentation for regulatory filings including reviewers guides and data definition documents.
• Participate in the development of standard SAS Macros.
