Qualifications

• Four-year high school diploma or equivalent approved by education authorities.
• Prior customer service experience in high-pressure, high-volume environments.
• Ability to operate trains and crews safely and efficiently.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computers and basic software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers and ensure safe, efficient train movement.
• Supervise Usher staff and instruct on safety procedures as needed.
• Provide timely train location announcements and handle disruptions informatively.
• Coordinate with Movement Bureau and Tower Operators for track assignments.
