ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Stationary HVAC Technician III to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components. You will complete service projects from start to finish, ensuring total customer satisfaction on every job.

The role requires 4–6 years of HVAC experience, a current license, EPA certification, and strong communication and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced work environment. Travel is minimal, and safety compliance is a priority.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years HVAC experience.
• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
• Level II Technician skills.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.

• Promotes and performs all aspects of company safety procedures and policies.

Overview

The Stationary HVAC Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout.

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• 4-6 years HVAC experience
• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
• Skills of Level II Technician.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

Travel Requirements

• 0-5 % of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
