Job summary

ENFRA LLC is hiring a Stationary HVAC Technician III responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components. You will perform service projects from start to finish and ensure total customer satisfaction.

Expect hands-on work on HVAC systems, including boilers and water chillers, with travel 0-5% and a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. A licensed technician with EPA certification is required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years HVAC experience.
• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems.
• Holds EPA Certification.
• Level II Technician competency.
• Experience with cooling towers, annual maintenance, gearboxes, water cooled chillers,Hydronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Maintain HVAC equipment including atmospheric boiler and water-cooled chiller.
• Service energy recovery ventilators; AHU & FCU service and repair.
• Maintain clear communication with customers on and off sites.
• Assist in inventory and tool procurement for the service vehicle.
• Follow and promote all company safety procedures and policies.

Overview

The Stationary HVAC Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and installing HVAC, plumbing and mechanical components/equipment. Performs Service projects/small jobs from beginning to completion and ensure total customer satisfaction throughout.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commission of a wide variety of HVAC equipment.
• Performs maintenance of HVAC equipment such as atmospheric boiler, water cooled chiller.
• Energy recovery ventilator service, hydronic AHU & FCU service and repair.
• Establishes and maintains clear communications with customers while both on and off the customer job sites.
• Assists in maintain inventory and tool procurement of individual service vehicle.
• Promotes and performs all aspects of company safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications

Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications

• 4-6 years HVAC experience
• Current Licensed Technician (mandatory) or verifiable experience in service of commercial HVAC systems. Holds EPA Certification.
• Skills of Level II Technician.
• Cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement and alignment, water cooled chiller annual maintenance, hydronic system understanding and troubleshooting.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.
• Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.

• 0-5 % of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.

Physical/Work Environment Requirements

• Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles.
