Job summary

Elmet Technologies in Euclid, Ohio is seeking an experienced Stationary Engineer to join our Maintenance team. You will monitor, operate, and maintain boilers, HVAC, compressed air, pumps, and other facility systems to keep our manufacturing operations running safely and reliably.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with industrial utility systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and working knowledge of CMMS and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience operating and maintaining boilers and other industrial utility systems.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance documentation preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain boilers and HVAC systems and other facility equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control issues.
• Monitor pressures, temperatures, and equipment performance.
• Maintain maintenance, inspection, and operating records; support CMMS.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and contractors.
• Follow OSHA lockout/tagout and environmental requirements.
