Job summary

Elmet Technologies in Euclid, Ohio is seeking a Stationary Engineer to join our Maintenance team. You will monitor, operate, and maintain boilers, HVAC, pumps, and other facility utilities to ensure safe, reliable production.

Qualifications

Experience operating and maintaining boilers and other industrial utility systems.
Strong mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair skills.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in industrial settings.
Ability to read schematics, manuals, blueprints and technical documentation.
Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, inspect, and maintain boilers, HVAC, pumps and other facility utility equipment.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable plant operation.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in a fast-paced facility.
Monitor pressures and temperatures; document operating conditions and repairs.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Production and outside contractors on repairs and improvements.
Maintain CMMS records and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
