Job summary

Piedmont Airlines is seeking a Station Training Supervisor in Washington, DC to lead on-the-job training for new team members in the Ground Handling Department, including de-icing and equipment use.

The role reports to the Department Manager, Team Member Services. Candidates should have two years airline experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with all levels of management. The position requires flexibility for all shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two years of airline experience, preferably covering all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp).
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

This includes demonstrating proper use of all equipment and vehicles along with hands-on de-icing training and follow up. The successful candidate will have two years of airline experience, preferably encompassing all functions (ticketing, gate, ramp).
