Job summary

McGee Air Services is seeking a Manager, Station Training to lead a high‑performing training operation focused on Ramp Operations. You will coach trainers and station leaders, ensuring safe, effective onboarding and ongoing development.

Responsibilities include building programs, evaluating how training meets standards, and partnering with Safety, Recruiting and Onboarding to maintain a strong training pipeline. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of supervisory training experience are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years leading training initiatives with people-leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven experience designing and executing successful training programs.
  • Self-motivated and accountable with ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operational leadership and stakeholdership.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements and manages training programs, including enrollment, assessment, scheduling, budget and related functions.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness; identify skill gaps and implement improvements.
  • Develop and deploy training best practices including LMS records and guidelines.
  • Lead and mentor a team of trainers ensuring consistency with guidelines and policies.
  • Ensure training compliance with all regulations of airport authorities.
  • Oversee station-specific training development in collaboration with Content Specialists and SMEs.
  • Partner with Corporate Training, Recruiting, and Onboarding to build a robust pipeline.
  • Analyze data and training metrics to ensure LMS/compliance records meet standards.
  • Run reports and manage training metrics in LMS.
