Job summary

Cain-Petroleum-Inc is seeking an Assistant Station Manager in Aloha, OR to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will assist with open/close duties, activate pumps, handle sales, and ensure accurate cash handling.

The role requires early weekend availability (Sat/Sun ~5:45 AM) and flexibility for different shifts. Prior fuel station experience is a plus; DEQ reporting and daily paperwork are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in fuel/gas station environment preferred.
• Availability to open on Saturdays and Sundays at ~5:45 AM.
• Flexibility to work various shifts throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Assist Station Manager with daily operations.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Fuel vehicles with requested fuel grades.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Activate pumps and process sales receipts.
• Handle payments (cash, card) and maintain cash drawer.
• Maintain daily paperwork and DEQ reporting requirements.
