Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Station Supervisor in Medford, OR. You will oversee all aspects of the station, including fuel islands and the convenience store, while maintaining exceptional customer service and building relationships with customers and vendors.

You will hire and train staff, organize weekly schedules, manage ordering, pricing in the back office, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the property. A strong attention to detail and prior supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior cashier and gas pumper experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a convenience store or similar operation desired.
• Ability to organize schedules and manage daily store activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the station including fuel islands and convenient store.
• Maintain customer service package and relationships with customers.
• Hire and maintain a strong team; monitor ongoing employee training.
• Create weekly team flex schedule and manage weekly ordering and vendor relations.
• Ensure store cleanliness, maintenance, and safety compliance.

• Oversee all aspects of the station including fuel islands and convenient store
• Maintain customer service package
• Build customer relationships
• Hiring and maintaining a strong 76 team
• Monitor and oversee continuing employee training
• Create weekly team flex schedule by Tuesday for next week
• Weekly ordering and pickup (Costco, Chefs, others)
• Enter and maintain pricing in Back Office for registers
• Work with vendors and maintain relationships
• Maintain fuel islands, buildings and store cleanliness
• Call for repairs as needed
• Work with Assistant Manager and office staff - register reports, daily store updates, employee information, new hires
• Work at minimum two times on the island each week
• Work a weekend shift at least once a month
• Safety Team Member
• Organize a monthly 76 Management meeting
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous cashier and gas pumper experience
• Understanding of a Convenient Store supervisory, ordering, maintenance
• Strong attention to detail
• Process paperwork neatly
• Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations
• High School diploma or equivalent
