  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, planning, construction management, or related field.
  • Five+ years in transportation, transit, construction, planning, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Experience working with project teams and multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to review plans and understand basic engineering or construction information.
  • Ability to work onsite in the San Francisco Bay Area.

  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, summaries, and reports.
  • Explain technical information clearly to different audiences.
  • Attend onsite meetings, project tours, and site visits.

Job description

VST Engineering has an urgent opening for a Station Coordinator to support a major public transportation project in the Bay Area.

The Station Coordinator will help keep station planning, design, construction, and communication activities organized. This person will work with engineers, planners, contractors, public agencies, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate station planning, design, and construction activities.
  • Help organize meetings, schedules, documents, and project updates.
  • Track action items, design comments, decisions, and follow-up items.
  • Review station plans, access plans, and construction-phasing information.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, public agencies, and city representatives.
