American Food & Vending is seeking a Station Cook for American Dining Creations in Parsippany-Troy Hills, NJ. You will set up, prepare, and serve menu items across Grill, Pizza, Deli, Salad Bar, and more to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities include following standards, carrying pans, serving guests, maintaining safety and sanitation, logging temperatures, restocking, and assisting with POS as needed.

Formación

• Previous hospitality/food service experience.
• Basic knife skills a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn and take on more roles.
• Dedicated to excellence in hospitality.
• Ability to cross-train and utilize skills.
• Safety and detail oriented.
• Lift 30 lbs unassisted, stand for shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Follow standards to prepare and serve menu offerings for designated station(s).
• Carries pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with established safety standards.
• Serve food and any goods per guest specifications.
• Stores foods in designated areas following standard wrapping, dating, food safety, and rotation procedures.
• Retains temperature logs and production records in an efficient manner.
• Keep supplies replenished, may restock coolers, and take inventory as directed.
• Set-up and breakdown stations, clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, dishes for designated workstation.
• Adhere to all state and local food production, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Remain focused on customer satisfaction through providing excellent service to all guests, clients, and team members.
• Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner.
• Be efficient and organized.
• May operate POS to complete orders, and package "to go" items.
• May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.

A Station Cook with American Dining Creations ensures exceptional dining through the set up, preparation, and serving of menu offerings to our guests. Stations may include Grill, Pizza, Deli, SaladBar, Seasonal, and Specialty menu items.
