KVC Health Systems seeks a Clinical Residential Director to oversee clinical services across statewide residential campuses in Missouri. The role demands exceptional leadership to manage clinical teams, compliance with standards, and effective treatment strategies, ensuring the best support for children and families in need.
Location : Statewide (Remote, must reside in Missouri)
Job Summary
The Statewide Clinical Residential Director is a statewide leader that supports all residential campuses. This Director provides leadership, guidance and oversight to the clinical services team for the residential programs, ensuring achievement of targeted goals and outcomes, including obtainment of therapist productivity expectations and effective treatment planning, and program contracts and KVC procedures, standards, and policies. This position directly supervises the Clinical Services Managers and Clinical Directors and other assigned members of the clinical team. The Clinical Residential Director works collaboratively with the Residential Directors in achieving the overall strategic plan goals, annual outcomes, quality indicators, and core competency performance standards for assigned staff.
Compensation
Salary is determined based on education, licensure and years of relevant experience in the field. Candidates will be asked to share their salary expectations during the application process, and we will follow that closely when determining offers.
Education : Master’s Degree in Social Work, Family Therapy, Counseling or License Specialist Clinical Social Worker or closely related field from an accredited institution to practice in the state of Missouri.
Licensure / Certification : Clinical licensure within the state of Missouri (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, etc.). Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Experience : Minimum of five years’ experience in providing individual, family and group therapy to children and / or adolescents. Three or more years supervising professional staff in a child welfare, mental health or healthcare setting.
Preferred Experience : Experience overseeing multiple programs, interdisciplinary teams and interdepartmental planning teams. Experience acting as a leader during accreditation activities (TJC, COA, etc.
