Job summary

For Our Future seeks an Organizing Director to lead a statewide organizing program in Pennsylvania. You will manage staff, coordinate with state and national partners, and drive strategies on economic fairness, education, and racial justice.

You will coach regional directors, develop statewide plans and ensure delivery of program milestones, while traveling and coordinating across silos to advance organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• 3+ cycles of campaign experience, with at least 2 cycles of organizing and management experience.
• Understanding of Pennsylvania's legislative and political landscape.
• Experience with recruiting, hiring, and managing staff from all backgrounds.
• Experience with program management across multiple internal departments.
• Knowledge of electoral plans, targeting, GOTV, and related best practices.
• Strong written and oral communication; ability to produce compelling program reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a statewide team of direct voter contact and organizing professionals.
• Report organizing metrics to state leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee in-state organizing programs and evaluate impact.
• Collaborate with Digital Program Manager and leadership to set priorities.
• Maintain volunteer engagement across FOFAF platforms.
• Set and meet benchmarks for voter contact, outreach, and GOTV.
• Hire, coach, and train staff in skills and best practices.
