Job summary

Kentucky State University is seeking a Program Leader, 4-H Youth Development to provide statewide leadership for planning, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of the university's 4-H Youth Development Program.

The role develops innovative, research-based educational programs that prepare youth to be productive, engaged, and resilient citizens, while pursuing external funding, partnerships, and compliance with university, state, USDA NIFA, and National 4-H standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher is required.
• Minimum five years of experience in youth development or Cooperative Extension.
• Experience leading complex educational programs and external funding efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide statewide leadership for 4-H Youth Development program planning and evaluation.
• Develop strategic plans aligned with USDA NIFA and 4-H standards.
• Mentor Extension staff and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Oversee statewide program planning, reporting, and compliance.
