Job summary

PRI six Strategic Business Units in Florida seek an Inventory Manager to oversee procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of inventory across multiple industries and sites. The role requires extensive travel throughout Florida with transportation provided for business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a BS/MS in supply chain, 5+ years in inventory management, and proficiency in ERP systems (prefer Microsoft Dynamics/D365) and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of inventory management experience in a product manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with inventory software and ERP systems (prefer Microsoft Dynamics/D365) and data analysis tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
• FDC training to supervise Inmate Workers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of inventory.
• Develop and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock and reduce costs.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and finance to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
