The State of Indiana is seeking a State Program Director to provide statewide leadership for residential and child placing agency oversight. You will review complex youth cases, offer clinical guidance, and ensure services are clinically appropriate and fiscally responsible.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience applying knowledge, skills, and abilities in a similar role.
• Broad knowledge of provider agencies and their programs and services.
• Ability to interpret complex policies and guidelines and adapt them to programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and stabilization of residential utilization-management framework.
• Establish workflows for placement reviews, continued-stay monitoring, and high-acuity cases.
• Participate in procurement for residential and licensed child placing agencies.
• Develop reporting processes, dashboards, and performance measures.
• Collaborate with agency leadership, legal, finance, and providers on care continuum.
