Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as Statewide Coaching Analyst & Coordinator. Essential Functions
  • Serves as Statewide Coaching Analyst and Coordinator
  • Reviews, monitors, and tracks coaching and fidelity activity, utilization, demand, and capacity across programs
  • Monitors program operations to ensure alignment between coaching, fidelity, training, implementation efforts, andagency priorities
  • Develops and prepares summaries, dashboards, and briefings for leadership regarding coaching and fidelityimpact and operations
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires a master’s degree in social work or a related human services field
  • Requires three years of child welfare administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6 years of professional experience conducting direct child welfare or child protection casework for DCFS, private sectorpartner agencies, or a DCFS counterpart agency in another state
  • 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising working knowledge and application of childwelfare principles, best practice development, employee coaching, emerging issues, and research
  • 4 years of professional experience in a public or private organization conducting strategic planning and/or employeecoaching
  • 3 years of professional experience in policy development and implementation for a public or private social service organization
  • 3 years of professional experience in a public or private organization exercising knowledge of child welfare related federaland state laws, rules, and regulations
