Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and results oriented individual to serve as a Data Coordinator/Secretary. Essential Functions
  • Serves as Data Coordinator/Secretary.
  • Prepares various forms and reports of team statistics, exercising judgment in conducting involved searches byaccessing various sources of information.
  • Serves as secretary to the unit.
  • Utilizing the ability to integrate applications and prepare comprehensive reports, data tables, charts, and graphs,develops weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports for the Administrator.
  • Provides general clerical support for the Administrator as assigned.
  • Serves as timekeeper.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumeratedabove.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires knowledge skill and mental development equivalent to two years of secretarial/business college or completionofhigh school and two years of related office experience or two years of independent business experience.
