An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Statewide Adoption Network Technical Specialist to provide vital support in adoption and foster care services. This full-time remote role involves assisting clients through helpline services, ensuring they receive the appropriate referrals and resources. You'll play a crucial part in outreach and data collection while working closely with local agencies. This full-time, remote position follows a Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours/week). Occasional in-person attendance at the Camp Hill, PA office and client visits in Pennsylvania are required. Telework privileges may be suspended based on organizational needs.
Reports to the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network Supervisor or, in their absence, to the Assistant Director of the Center for Schools and Communities.
The primary responsibility is to provide information and referral assistance via the helpline concerning adoption, foster care, and permanency issues, including crisis support. Additional duties include technical assistance, resource outreach, project completion, and supporting related statewide organizations.
