Qualifications

• Ability to clear required background check.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages all state-m mandated assessment programs and exams.
• Researches and secures facilities for in-person testing across NC.
• Trains staff on testing procedures and maintains communication with districts.
• Tracks enrollment and tests materials for each administration.
• Develops test security and administration plans; monitors regulations.
• Trains Site Coordinators and oversees testing coordination at sites.
• Creates staffing plans and supports onboarding for testing.
• Maintains testing communications, databases, and tracking tools.
• Oversees packing, shipping, and inventory of testing supplies.
• Collaborates on alternate assessments with Special Education.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
