Qualifications

• Professional experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with databases and web proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manages state mandated testing programs across the district including make-up testing.
• Researches and secures facilities for in-person testing across the state.
• Attends trainings and trains staff on district/state testing procedures.
• Tracks enrollment and orders testing materials, ensuring accuracy.
• Creates test security and administration plans; monitors testing compliance.
• Trains Site Coordinators and maintains regular communications with them.
• Develops staffing plans and onboarding for testing staff.
• Develops communications to parents and staff about state testing.
• Maintains testing databases and planning tools; tracks accommodations.
• Oversees packing/shipping of testing materials and inventories supplies.
• Collaborates with Special Education Manager on testing needs.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
