Serenity Spring is a Continuum network facility seeking a full-time State Tested Nursing Assistant to staff 7a–7p shifts. A sign-on bonus of up to $2,500 is offered along with new competitive wages and benefits. New STNAs are welcome to join our team with opportunities for growth and mentorship.
