Job summary

Park View Care Center in Ohio is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide compassionate care to residents under licensed supervision, with attention to dignity and comfort. You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, document vital signs, support treatments, and participate in care planning in a home-like, team-driven environment.

This role requires completion of approved STNA training, a valid STNA certificate, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 75

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Completion of an approved nurse aide training and competency evaluation program.
• Valid STNA certification meeting state and federal requirements.
• Previous experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.
• Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships with residents and their families.
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the Charge Nurse.
• Accurately take and document vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators.
• Support nursing staff during treatments, procedures, and emergencies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment.
• Participate in care planning and communicate relevant information to the healthcare team.
• Attend staff meetings, ongoing training, and assist with surveys and quality assurance activities.

Position Summary:

Park View Care Center is a full-service nursing facility specializing in complex care. We are committed to providing high-quality clinical and rehabilitative services in a compassionate, supportive environment designed to meet the evolving needs of our patients and residents.
