State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Expanding Facility with Growth Opportunities (Hiring Immediately)

Come join our growing facility at the Laurels of Kettering, located in the heart of Kettering, Ohio.

Our facility is expanding from a 60-bed to a 90-bed capacity, including 30 skilled nursing beds.

Located in one of Dayton's most desirable suburbs, in a wooded, park-like setting.

Position Overview

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA), you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our guests. We seek candidates who are prompt, dedicated, and compassionate.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse, your duties include:

  • Taking and recording vital signs
  • Measuring and recording height, weight, intake, and output
  • Maintaining the guest's environment
  • Assisting with bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and hydration
  • Monitoring skin health and reporting changes
  • Addressing mental health and social needs
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • STNA Certification REQUIRED
