Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Springfield, Ohio, is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our night-shift team.

As an STNA you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor health, and collaborate with our nursing staff to provide safe, respectful care during the night hours. This role supports residents' dignity and independence in a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in Ohio.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care.
• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers.
• Take and document vital signs as directed.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team.
• Protect residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence.
