We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to our patients, promoting their well-being and ensuring their comfort. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. • Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals
• Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures
• Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols
