Job Responsibilities

• Implement best practice nursing care for post-acute residents in nearby areas
• Monitor residents' conditions and update the nursing team
• Measure and document vital signs
• Assist residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and ADLs
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, ensuring hygiene and hazard-free areas
• Transport residents and assist with mobility
• Engage with residents to provide comfort and build trust
• Follow care plans and comply with regulations and policies
• Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families

Qualifications and Skills

• Current Ohio STNA certification
• Knowledge of nursing procedures and clinical terminology
• Detail-oriented with good communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
