As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Portsmouth Health and Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, promoting independence, and enhancing the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support to residents, as needed
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to care plans
