Summary

As a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our residents. This position is essential for supporting our mission of providing quality service and fostering a family-focused environment. This is a great opportunity for both new and experienced State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). In this position you will join a dedicated team who is focused on providing quality care in a family focused environment.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $19.00 an hour. Shifts available: Day Shift- 7am to 7pm. This position currently has multiple schedules available and schedule specifics can be discussed at time of interview. These schedules do include an every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents for any side effects.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques.
• Support residents' emotional and behavioral health needs through compassionate interaction.
• Document patient care activities accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with mobility and lifting of residents as needed to ensure their safety.
