• Meet state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Desire to work with elderly and residents, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs per care plan.
• Act as part of nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery.
• Document care in the electronic medical record.
• Provide feedback for individualized resident care plans.
