Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services is seeking a compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide supportive care to hospice patients in Fremont, Ohio. This full-time daytime position offers meaningful work within a devoted hospice team and the chance to build strong relationships with patients and families.

Buckeye Hospice and Palliative Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide supportive care to hospice patients throughout the Freemont, Ohio community.

As a hospice STNA, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful relationships with patients and families while helping provide comfort, dignity, and support during their hospice journey.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care and assistance to patients according to the individualized plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate nurse.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, privacy, and safety.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and caregivers.
• Communicate effectively with members of the interdisciplinary team.
