Position: State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA)

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance in facilities like nursing homes, assisted living, rehab centers, and hospitals
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, LPNs, and aides to deliver quality patient care
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating, and nutrition
• Support ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises
• Monitor vitals, document changes, and check blood glucose
• Observe patients and notify supervisors of issues requiring care adjustments

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Ohio Nursing Assistant Certification
• CPR certification
• Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
• Compassionate, good communicator, able to lift up to 50 lbs
