Job summary

Fieldstone Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Ohio is seeking a dedicated State Certified Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our compassionate team.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, hygiene, feeding, and mobility, report health issues, document intake, and support nursing staff while upholding our CORG values.

Qualifications

• Active STNA credential required.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shifts
• Help residents with personal hygiene
• Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Document resident food and fluid intake
• Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• Make resident's beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data

Required Qualifications

• Active STNA Credential
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
• Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies

Rate: $20-22/hour

Shift Differentials

• Second Shift: 0.50/hour
• Third Shift: 0.50/hour
• Weekend Shift: $1.50/hour
• Perfect Attendance: $1.00/hour
