Job summary

Chesterwood Advanced Therapy Center is seeking a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to provide direct care to residents in a skilled nursing setting. The role offers day and night shifts, full-time, part-time and PRN options, with opportunities to assist in becoming certified if not already certified.

Qualifications

• Meet the state eligible requirements for STNA.
• Desire to work with elderly residents.
• Able to work with residents, staff and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs for the patients/residents per the care plan.
• Acts as part of the nursing care team to promote excellent care delivery to our patients.
• Documents care in the electronic medical record.
• Provides feedback for individualizing resident care plans.
