Qualifications

• Meet state eligibility requirements for STNA.
• Desire to work with elderly and families.
• Willingness to work with residents, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and ADL needs per the care plan.
• Act as part of nursing care team to ensure high-quality care.
• Document care in the EMR.
• Contribute to individualized resident care plans.
