Job summary

Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a State SOS Coordinator to support Army National Guard families and survivors. The role emphasizes non-clinical support, information/referral services, and active liaison with CAOs and other service providers.

You will manage resources, document SOS cases, and coordinate outreach events at state and national levels. The position requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sense of mission and resourcefulness in SOS.
• Ability to travel and pass extensive background investigation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be available via telephone 24/7/365 to receive requests for assistance from constituents.
• Contact and/or meet with each Survivor at least annually during transition and milestone events.
• Provide information on ARNG resilience programs and benefits.
• Act as liaison with civilian and military service providers; develop partnerships.
• Conduct or facilitate non-clinical support and provide information/referral services.
• Maintain and expand a directory of resources for military families and survivors.
• Coordinate with CAC Benefit Coordinator and ACS Support Coordinators.
• Coordinate referrals for financial assistance from military and civilian organizations.
• Create SOS program slides for trainings and serve as central POC.
• Maintain contact with survivors by mailing cards and invitations.
• Support reimbursement for shipping expenses; maintain a shipping log.
• Create journal entries documenting SOS cases in systems of record.
• Provide monthly workload reports to the GTM by the 10th of each month.
