CU System Administration is seeking an experienced State Relations professional to support the Governor and legislative outreach. You will help research, prepare materials, and coordinate with senior staff on policy matters for the University's system across Colorado.

The role involves working with leadership on hearings, meetings, and campus outreach, with a hybrid in-office/remote schedule and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in higher education, government, or related setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support state legislative session through legislative research, profiles, briefing materials, and database maintenance.
• Research, analyze, and report on policy and procedural matters for the State Relations team.
• Coordinate with leadership on event invitations and campus outreach for legislators.
• Prepare reports and notes for hearings and meetings as needed.
• Manage calendars, travel, and logistics for state relations leadership.
