Job summary

Heartland Villa is seeking compassionate State Registered Nurse Aides to join our nursing team. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to our residents in a residential setting, with a culture of teamwork and family-friendly atmosphere.

This full-time night shift runs 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday and Friday. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training program, and being listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduated from an approved Nurse Aide Training program.
• State Registered Nurse Aides must be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality resident care and assist with daily activities.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the care team.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards in the unit.

SRNA/CNA Requirement:

• Applicants and employees will have graduated from an approved Nurse Aide Training program.

• State Registered Nurse Aides will be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
